There’s a story behind how and why we created this delivery service. We started as drivers that worked for all the other platforms until we realized we could do so much more by bringing our standards of excellence and making it a service others can enjoy and rely on.
As the owner of Blue Basil Austin, I am extremely careful to be accurate with each and every order. Even so, every time John or Mou pick up at our place, they are continually rehashing things I had just done, counting this, checking that again and thank goodness for that! It shouldn't be any other way and our “redundant” double counting reduces errors to near ZERO. Thanks guys for your constant professionalism, as well as your always friendly demeanor!

I've known Mou and John since before they set up URATX and they always were professional and service orientated from the get go. When they arrived to pick up a delivery I knew I didn't have to worry about anything. When I found out they set up their own company I jumped at the chance to use them. It took all the headache out of me having to hire, train and schedule my own drivers and then get the last minute call if I can't make it. With URATX you get full trained delivery and set up professionals who go above and beyond to ensure your experience and that of your client is to perfection. They are very attentive to detail and take pride in their work. It's like having a full fleet of drivers at my hands so I can concentrate on doing what Ranch Hand does best..... the food.
This might sound really dramatic, but Mou really did save our event. We ordered a catered lunch through our catering vendor well in advance, but for whatever reason it did not get the proper confirmations on the back-end. This was without our knowledge, but lucky for us Mou noticed! She was able to act quickly and line up an alternative cater. She even made sure that the difficult dietary restrictions were accommodated. Had she not done this, we would not have even had a lunch order for our event. I can't imagine how that would have turned out, but so thankful for her attention to detail and customer service for our order.
